If you have a seasonal home, vacant home or travel extensively, your home will need looking after. That's where we come in. We visit your property routinely, performing a 35-point checklist at each visit. Our professional House Watchers provide weekly or monthly visits to your property to keep it looking healthy.
We can also take care of those extra little things such as arrange for utilities to be turned on or off seasonally, have your car fueled and cleaned or arrange for seasonal pest control.

Is your property vacant part or all of the year? Pets By The Sea HomeWatch is the perfect service for busy professionals, travelers, vacation homeowners and rentals. Our multi- point inspection can be conducted weekly or monthly to ensure that your investment is maintained properly, and emailed to you for your records. Should a problem arise at your home, it will be promptly addressed and closely monitored until completion to your satisfaction.

2,500 square feet or less $30.00 / one visit per month.
2,500 square feet or less. $25.00 per visit if two or more visits per month.

AUTOMOBILE SERVICES
$10.00 each / Auto/ Start your auto while on service call (per vehicle).
$10.00 each / Golf Cart / Start your golf cart while on service call (per vehicle).

PACKAGE PICKUP AND FORWARDING
No cost to bring package in during normally scheduled inspection visit.
$25 for additional visit solely to pick up package
$15 to forward it, plus pass through cost of postage and delivery billed to client.

ADDITIONAL PRE- ARRIVAL / POST-DEPARTURE SERVICES
Pre-arrival grocery shopping available.
$55.00 + cost of grocery items.

PERSONAL CHEF SERVICES

Non-scheduled emergency calls (less than 24 hours notice).

MEET DELIVERY OR SERVICE COMPANY
Arrange to meet person at your home. Stay while services performed.
$35/ first hr. $10 / each additional 15 minutes.

VIDEO AND DIGITAL PHOTOS
If there is a problem (or upon request) we will take video or digital photos of the damaged or affected area of your property and email them to you. Very handy for insurance and evidence purposes.
